SunKissed Beach House is roomy, updated and exceptionally clean and well-supplied. There are 3 bedrooms and a additional room with a queen-size pull-out couch to allow 8 to sleep comfortably... and 3.5 baths - all entirely updated with soaker tubs. The main living area is an open floor plan with a well-supplied kitchen which opens into a bright and sunny breakfast/dining room. The home is completely equipped for an delightful vacation, including a completely modernized kitchen, master suite and bathrooms.

SunKissed Beach House is a single family home located just two short blocks from the wide beaches of the western tip of Emerald Isle, in an area known as the Point. The Point of Emerald Isle has limited traffic so it's an alluring area for cycling, running and skateboarding... or simply relaxing on the deck. The beach is magnificent for kids of all ages... with a gentle slope that is ideal for skim-boarding, shelling, a long walk, or sitting in the sun with a great book! The beach cart is ideal for getting gear to the beach comfortably.

And let’s not forget the fishing!! Fishing abounds from September through May. With a city-issued permit, cars can drive on the beach to access prime fishing spots at The Point. In addition to surf fishing, SunKissed Beach House is roughly three miles from the Bogue Pier in downtown Emerald Isle.
If you are looking for activities away from the beach, you will find many attractions close by. An amusement park, movie theaters, putt-putt courses, superb eateries, and shopping of all sorts can be found in & around Emerald Isle. The freshly remodeled North Carolina Aquarium is located in close by Pine Knoll Shores, a visit to historic Swansboro or Beaufort, or a ferry ride to Cape Lookout National Seashore would offer hours of entertainment and education.
About SunKissed Beach House
With over 2600 square feet of living space, there is ample room for guests to get comfortable! The entire front of the home has open and covered decks on two levels, providing plenty of space to appreciate the outdoors in rain or sunshine. You can access the home through an covered entrance (no need to run up steps in the rain!) or via the front decks.
Intelligent TVs with cable, DVD/VCR players, a library of movies, books and games, and high speed wireless network are available throughout SunKissed.
SunKissed has been remodeled from the ground up:
On the ground level, there is covered parking for 4 cars with an additional parking area that is ideal for a boat or an RV. There is an outdoor shower with drying line for wet suits and towels. A locked storage area is on the ground level has a refrigerator that's ideal for sizable items and beach drinks, the WheeleEze beach cart and 6-8 beach chairs with umbrella and beach toys. There's also space to store bicycles and other gear. Both gas and charcoal grilles are available. Plus: in-season fresh herb garden for those who prepare on their vacation!
First floor:
There are two bedrooms, two fully updated bathrooms, a additional room, and a laundry room on the first floor. All three rooms on the first floor have sliding doors that access the front decks. Bedroom One has a private bath (48" tiled shower); the second bath is accessed from the main hallway (tiled tub/shower). The separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer and storage for your suitcases.

• Bedroom Two: queen bed; sizable closet; tons of windows, cable TV.

The third floor includes a huge master bedroom, adjoining private bath with tiled soaking tub/shower, and loft office area with desk and library of books for you to enjoy while visiting SunKissed.
