Ground Level: 1 car garage + outside parking for a 2nd car. Glory in your oceanfront locale with the additional of having your very own private oceanfront pool and six person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck with furnishings! Accessing the beach is a breeze - simply step right out the gate onto the boardwalk to the sandy shore. A Gas Grille is also available to appreciate your favorite oceanside fare!

Level One: Accessible from the elevator, stairs in the garage, or the exterior stairs leading to the first level front porch, this level offers 3 of the 5 gorgeously appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a gorgeous ocean view with a King Bed, Intelligent TV, direct deck access, and a Private Full Bath. Bedroom 2 offers an ocean front view, King Bed, Intelligent TV, and access to the shared full bath this level. Down the hall is the laundry area with washer and dryer so everybody can freshen their favorite vacation attire. Bedroom 3 has 2 additional long Twin Beds, Intelligent TV, and access to the full shared bath this level. Shared deck with furnishings this level.

Level Two: Open concept great room including kitchen, living and dining areas. The Totally Equipped Gourmet kitchen features a dine at bar and quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, 2 additional refrigerated drawers on the kitchen island, refrigerator with attached ice maker, oven/stove, 14 cup coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, and blender. Unwind with a Intelligent TV with Roku access to your favorite streaming apps in the oceanfront living area that provides ample seating for all. Appreciate dinner and a movie in the dining area complete with its own Intelligent TV. Take in the expansive vistas on the oceanfront covered deck with furnishings. You'll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.

Level Three: Accessible via stairs or elevator, this level provides 2 master bedrooms including Bedroom 4, an Oceanfront Master Suite with King Bed, Intelligent TV, Private Full Bath, and Private Ocean View Deck as well as Bedroom 5 with King Bed and Private Full Bath.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Havelock area. Reserve your Havelock rental property in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
