Bring the whole family to the "Salty Sealutions" south side townhome just mins. away from everything Emerald Isle has to offer and more importantly just a short walk (less than 8 mins.) from the beach. "Salty Sealutions" was freshly modernized and newly furnished early 2023. You will have everything you need to savor a week or just a few days of appreciating the beach life. Featuring an outdoor charcoal grille, hot and cold outside shower, and cavernous open family floor plan, it's the ideal space!

~1100 square feet of newly refreshed living space in a convenient location in Emerald Isle. Just a short walk to the beach and located just off the Emerald Isle bicycle path where you can appreciate a morning walk, job or bicycle ride.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: Bunk (Single up, Double down, and Single trundle)

Parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs. The driveway is shared with the south side of the duplex. There is additional street parking on the side yard.
