Pristine, NEWLY modernized, OCEAN VIEW queen suite featuring a NEWLY refreshed, OCEAN VIEW wraparound covered deck.
Located in an oceanfront condo community in Atlantic Beach, your private-to-the-community beach access is only a few steps away, and the broad ocean view is yours to take in from inside the comfort of your beach getaway.
---OCEANFRONT BUILDING & OCEAN VIEW SUITE---
The two-story condominium building is oceanfront, and your suite is ocean view. Your second-floor room is on the side of the building, three doors down from the oceanfront corner of the building.
From your suite, appreciate an ocean view while soaking in the tranquility of your oceanside beach getaway.
From the wraparound shared deck, you have an expansive ocean view where you can regularly see dolphins swimming by. On a clear day, you can see Shackleford Island where the descendants of the wild Spanish mustangs roam and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse off in the distance.
---OCEANSIDE AMENITIES---
Your ocean view suite is located in an oceanfront condominium community with over 600 ft of direct oceanfront shoreline. There are two direct, private-to-the-community beach access pathways, each with its own covered gazebo with seating. The community pool, charcoal grilling area, and picnic tables are in the middle of the property alongside the dunes, and you can conveniently walk around the property.
Get comfortable in the oceanfront seating on the shared wraparound deck, savor the ocean breeze in the gazebo atop the dunes, grille out and relax at the picnic tables, enjoy the outdoor pool, or walk to the beach that is just steps away.
---SUNRISE & SUNSET OVER THE OCEAN---
Atlantic Beach is located on a southward-facing island which, depending on the time of year, gives you the opportunity to see both the sun rise and set over the ocean! When the sun does set over the sound vs the ocean, you can take a fast drive across the street and down Pelican Drive where the peaceful public pier offers handsome photo opportunities.
---NEWLY RENOVATED---
This handsome space is your own personal oceanside getaway. We remodeled the condo with care and expert craftsmanship to bring tranquility and luxury to your beach vacation. We are proud of this pretty ocean view unit and would appreciate for you to call it home for your Atlantic Beach vacation.

How to book the best Atlantic Beach rental home experience:
When to visit Atlantic Beach & When to book:
- The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your Havelock rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Havelock visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides contain offers and deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Select dates and max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Ocean View - Oceanside Beach Retreat has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before booking the home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.
- Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
More tips for your visit:
- Add the owner's phone number to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many concerns.
- Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- To ensure that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, make note of any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the property manager right away to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your peace. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would've never otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
