Kitchen is completely equipped, with plans to be refreshed in the near future, and includes a dishwasher (as well as a washer & dryer). Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the sizable island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just appreciating the sounds of the ocean.
3 intelligent TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 min. walk from the door to the sand.

Linens are supplied with stays of 4 nights or more. For stays of 2 or 3 nights, linens can be requested for $125. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters.

Colony by the Sea is a family-friendly complex with a peaceful beach. It is conveniently located in the middle of the island - 15 mins from both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Pool, hot tub, charcoal grilles, picnic area, and elevators are all on-site for guest use.

Sticking to a spending budget:
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Summer months are high season in Indian Beach. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
