This will be a ideal spot to escape city living for a while, come work from the beach, and appreciate the island while it's still warm, but calming in the off-season.
This unit is brand new, with construction just finished in August. Full size appliances, access to complimentary washer and dryer, all linens included.

Strategies to get the best Atlantic Beach rental home experience:
When to visit Atlantic Beach & When to book:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Reserve your Havelock rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies supply Havelock area travel guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Make a plan and choose the rightvacation home:
- Begin by selecting a vacation week and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Fantastic spot for a solo or couples beach trip, steps from both beach & marina! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly accessible online. If not, contact the property owner before you reserve the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your family.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your agreement.
- If there's a particular Havelock destination you are crazy about, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
Considerations for your stay:
- Get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your . Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
- Note any issues with the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a great resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a great vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
