Atlantic Beach just made #16 in the list of Top 100 Beaches in the United States, beating out even beaches in Hawaii! Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there. https://www.wect.com/2023/06/21/100-best-beach-towns-us/
This will be a ideal spot to escape city living for a while, come work from the beach, and appreciate the island while it's still warm, but calming in the off-season.
This unit is brand new, with construction just finished in August. Full size appliances, access to complimentary washer and dryer, all linens supplied.

Our top Atlantic Beach rental property booking tips:
When to book a Havelock rental home & When to go:
- The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Summer months are high season in the Havelock area. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
- Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Often, management companies supply Havelock area visitors guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Make a plan and pick the rightrental home:
- First, have your group commit to dates and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration you need. Fantastic spot for a solo or couples beach trip, steps from both beach & marina! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking pages. If not, email or call the host before you reserve your home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Make sure to ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers charge additional pet fees.
- Visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
More tips for your stay:
- Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect your property!
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your stay, note any problem areas upon your arrival. E-mail the property manager right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great resource to find the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
