Kitchen has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a Foam Mattress Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed and a Full Bath. 2 New Intelligent TVs, 2 DVD/TV combos in bedrooms. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance.
