Available June 16-23, 2024 only. Renovated three years ago. Close to beach. Indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/16, checkout 10am 6/23. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

• Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
• When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
