Level One: Living Area with a Flat Screen TV, a Blu-Ray DVD Player and access to the Covered Deck. Dining Area has table for eight. Deck Access is available from the Dining Area. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and a Dishwasher. There is additional seating for 3 at the Breakfast Bar. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath on this level.
Level Two: Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds, a Daybed with a Trundle (Please note Linens are NOT Supplied for Trundle Bed), and a door leading to the Uncovered Deck. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. A Full-Bath connects Bedrooms #2 and #3.
Conveniences include: 4 Color Cable TVs, Blu Ray DVD Player, 2 DVD Players, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, Central Air/Heat, a Breakfast Bar, an Uncovered Deck, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
