It features an outdoor oceanside pool, an indoor heated pool, an additional outdoor pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, and a exercise center! It's central location is within walking distance to eateries, shopping, the water park and mini-golf. A few short steps up to #B203 and you enter this striking 3BR/ 2BA beachside condo that offers an ocean view from the living room and primary bedroom deck.
~1200 square feet of beachside living space in the fashionable Pebble Beach Community will not disappoint. The condo is equipped with everything you need to appreciate a fun beach vacation with family or friends.

It is an open and airy condo with tons of natural light, a deck facing the ocean off the primary bedroom & living room as well as a shaded outdoor seating area off bedrooms 2 and 3.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. Book your vacation in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
