Sand Castle Cottage is an oceanside home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This home is located in Emerald Isle which gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and is a short drive from historic Beaufort and Swansboro. This cozy cedar shake bungalow has marvelous privacy and is located close to a beach access. The entire bungalow has been restored and refreshed with all new appliances, floor and has new bathroom setups!

Ground Floor: Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Gameroom with Foosball Table and Futon (Linens are not supplied for Futon).

Outdoor Deck with Deck Furnishings, Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower with Dressing Area, Interior Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Covered parking, Recreation/Game Room with Foosball table, Fish Cleaning Station, and Bicycles.

NO Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Third pet allowed with a charge of an additional fee of $350.

Rents Weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Linens and Towels Supplied with Beds Made (weekly stays only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Some owners offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
