Welcome to Sangria Sunset! Constructed in 2018, our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a private saline pool. It is attractively decorated and has all the essentials to make your stay calming and delightful.

Sangria Sunset has 3 bedrooms with private baths, all with king size beds. The fourth bedroom , with two queen size beds, shares a full bath with the rec room that has a pyramid bunk (double,twin). Sleeping up to 13 guests, Sangria Sunset offers sun decks and a screened porch to savor all the nature that surrounds it on the double wooded lot.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach off of Coast Guard Road, our guests have less than a 10 min. walk to the community beach access and pool. After a day at the beach, an outdoor hot/cold shower is available to use before cooking on the Weber gas grille. Golf carts are available to rent by local companies that will be delivered to the home -inquire with Blue Water.

Emerald Isle is home to this vacation home. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.
