Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Central Heat & Air. 5 flat panel TVs including 2 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps. Interior Washer/Dryer. Fridge with attached ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave. Private Covered Balcony.

Complex has Elevators, Wireless Internet, Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To find the best value, shift your family's Havelock trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
