Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the community's outdoor swimming pool as the kids frolic in the water. Or, follow the walkway to the handsome, white-sand beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, and collect seashells.


This generously furnished condo features all the amenities of home and all the amenities of a great vacation. Use the elevator and bags carts for painless access and be greeted by a comfortable living room that's great for cooling down and watching TV after a sunny day spent on the beach. Allow yourself to be carried away by the beautiful view of the ocean on the screened-in balcony just off the living room.


The entirely equipped kitchen, with all major and modest appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don’t forget the courtyard has grilles if you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. At mealtime, gather the family around the four-person dining table; if you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everybody can join in on the fun.


When it’s time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. After the kids have washed away the beach in the conveniently located hall bath, you can tuck them into the bunk bed. This room also offers the convenience of a TV. The second bedroom has a TV and a private half-bath. As for the primary bedroom, you'll find a TV, a private bath with a shower stall, and a private oceanfront balcony. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi throughout the condo and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer in the front screened entryway.

When to visit Atlantic Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Atlantic Beach. Reserve your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
